THE Rural Woman – Thriving Together Program is built on connection, confidence and community. At the heart of the program are our POD Facilitators — trusted women who hold space, guide conversations and help rural women thrive together.
As a POD Facilitator, you’ll support a small group of women through meaningful conversations, shared learning and mutual accountability. We are looking for people who listen well, communicates clearly, and believes in the power of rural women supporting one another.
This is a unique opportunity to:
Facilitate a POD of 4–8 participants
Guide participants through structured coaching-style group sessions aligned to the 12-week intensive
Support wellbeing, goal tracking and module-aligned milestones
Ensure psychological safety and inclusive engagement
Liaise with the Program Manager on progress, flags, attendance and needs
The Thriving Together Facilitator creates a supportive and welcoming POD experience where participants feel safe, heard and encouraged to grow. Facilitators guide six structured POD sessions across the 12-week Intensive Stream, using THE Rural Woman’s strengths-based, invitational approach to help participants set goals, stay accountable and reflect on their progress. They offer light-touch support between sessions, help participants stay engaged with learning and connection opportunities, and keep a gentle eye on attendance and wellbeing. Facilitators also share simple insights and wins with the program team, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold Thriving Together’s commitment to inclusion, accessibility and cultural safety.
Applications are now open to become a Thriving Together POD Facilitator. Closes 25 February 2026 COB.
