Do you believe rural women thrive when they’re connected, supported and seen?

The Thriving Together Program is a nationally recognised initiative by THE Rural Woman, designed to bring women in business together in meaningful, structured and empowering ways. We’re inviting passionate local leaders to step into the role of Activator — facilitating conversations, connection and growth within their own communities.

As an Activator, you’ll host and guide group sessions using a proven framework, while building your own profile as a trusted connector and leader. You’ll be supported with training, resources, facilitation tools and a like-minded network of women across Australia.

This role is ideal for women who:
