Become a Regional Champion

Are you ready to help your community thrive?

We’re looking for 15–20 Regional Champions across selected communities in regional NSW to help connect women in business with opportunities, support and each other.

Thriving Together is bringing business support, learning and connection to women across regional and rural New South Wales. As a Regional Champion, you’ll be a local voice and connector, helping women in your community hear about opportunities, feel welcome to take part and build stronger local business connections.

You might already be a business owner, community leader, connector, networker or simply someone who enjoys bringing good people together.

You don’t need to be an expert or have all the answers.

As a Regional Champion, you will:

• Connect with local women in business

• Help spread the word about Thriving Together opportunities

• Encourage women to participate and get involved

• Build relationships with local businesses, organisations and community groups

• Help create opportunities for women to meet, connect and support one another

• Be a local voice and connector between your community and the Thriving Together team

You’ll receive ongoing support, mentoring, resources and practical tools from the Thriving Together team, along with connection to other Regional Champions working across NSW.

This role could be a good fit if you:

• Care about your local community

• Enjoy connecting people

• Know your local area and networks

• Want to support women in business

• Are comfortable building relationships

• Want to make a practical difference in your community

You don’t need to know everyone. You just need to be willing to start conversations, open doors and help bring people together.
